Return Process

  Log in to your DataBlitz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, ensuring the device is protected from potential shipping damage.

  Ship to DataBlitz

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our central processing hub.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
